What is your return policy?
I accept returns and exchanges, if notified 3-6 days after delivery. Anytime after that your items are ineligible for a refund. Please note that I must be contacted about a refund first.
Buyer pays for return shipping.Shipment must be carefully packaged to avoid damage. Once item is received, buyer will be notified.
I cannot accept returns or exchanges on soap and other body products as well as any sexual wellness items such as yoni eggs. This is to keep everyone safe.
How soon will my item ship?
I ship Monday through Saturday! Items are usually shipped out 1-2 business days after you place your order. Sometimes I ship the same day!
